The Oliver Cromwell Hotel

PVC-U windows and doors

Back in 2009, following a number of other projects we worked on with The Oliver Cromwell Hotel owners, Snowmountain Enterprises Ltd, Homelink were asked to supply and fit PVCu windows for the historic March building in Cambridgeshire.

Once the local job centre in March, it was redeveloped to become The Oliver Cromwell Hotel, providing accommodation, leisure facilities, spa, pool, conferencing facilities and events space. 

In order to help with the transition from job centre to hotel, we replaced the tired old windows and doors with new ones that would stand the test of time.

The Cambridgeshire installation was a massive job and involved the fitting of windows and doors to numerous different buildings on the site and included the fixing of a glass roof above the swimming pool.

The majority of windows were uPVC casement windows. However, we did also fit a couple of uPVC sliding sash windows in keeping with the building they were to be fitted in. 

The project was one of many Homelink have embarked on with Snowmountain Enterprises ltd, which includes the care homes on Upwell Park and Elliott Lodge.
