St John’s Church Hall, March Cambridgeshire
PVC-U Windows
In late 2019, Homelink were asked to help St John’s Church Hall with the replacement of some very dated windows.
Located on the corner of Station Road and Queen Street opposite Art On Glass in March, the popular Church Hall venue was in need of a bit of love and care.
The restoration commenced outside the Hall in the summer of 2019, with Homelink joining the team of volunteers, staff and experts in late October.
Battling against extremes of weather, from floods to frost, Homelink were able to complete the reformation on time.
As the last window was erected the sun shone down on St. John’s Church Hall, as if being blessed from above.
Each of the PVCu windows fitted were a formidable size, with the largest being 10 feet by 6 feet.
In total, 9 windows were replaced:
3 – 1800 x 2900
4 – 1800 x 1200
2 – 2000 x 1500
The frames were all REHAU 70 706 IG WHITE
